Cancellation Policy
You may cancel pending order within 24 hours for a full refund. If you do not cancel your pending order within that period of time your order will be processed accordingly. If an item is on backorder or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and give an opportunity to cancel or modify your order. However, if we do not receive a response within the 24 hour period from you we assume you intend to keep you order as it was originally placed. Shipped orders can not be canceled.
Please note: You may NOT refuse your shipment unless directed to do so by Your Gifts Personalized, No Exceptions.
PLEASE make sure to give the correct Ship To Address when placing your orders. If an address correction needs to be made the customer will incur a $10.00 handling charge. No exceptions.
Orders With Different Bill To and Ship To Addresses
In an effort to prevent fraudulent orders Your Gifts Personalized. may contact you to verify that you are the person who placed the order. Our contact representative may require to speak with the actual cardholder. Shipments to addresses different from bill to address may require a signature upon delivery. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
If you choose to return your order that was shipped to you free of charge (Free Shipping), you will receive a refund for the items' purchase price minus the actual cost we paid for shipping your order to you and any applicable restocking and processing fee.
All sales on discontinued and/or clearance items are final.
